Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about how we work with independent brands on content and copy.

We focus on independent Irish brands — bookshops, food producers, artisan makers, and local service businesses. If you have a clear product or story and need a voice that matches, we’re a good fit.

A product description set for 15–20 items usually takes two to three weeks from briefing to final draft. Larger projects like a full brand voice guide or content calendar run four to six weeks depending on research depth.

Yes. We create social media copy, captions, and content templates that align with your website tone. Many clients start with product descriptions and later add Instagram or LinkedIn posts as part of a monthly retainer.

A brief overview of your brand, a few examples of copy you like, and access to your product list or service pages. We handle the rest — research, drafting, and revisions based on your feedback.

Absolutely. We often refresh outdated product descriptions or website text. We keep what works, improve the structure, and adjust the tone to match your current audience.

Yes. We offer monthly retainers for blog posts, social media copy, and email newsletters. You can pause or adjust the scope at any time — no long-term commitment required.

Definitions & Clarifications

These notes explain how we interpret scope, deliverables, and feedback to avoid misunderstandings before work begins.

Scope
What counts as a single revision round?
One revision round covers tracked changes on a single document or set of up to five product descriptions. Additional rounds are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables
Are brand voice guides delivered as editable files?
Yes. Every brand voice guide is provided as a Google Doc and a PDF. The Google Doc is yours to edit, duplicate, or share with your team.
Timeline
When does the project clock start?
The timeline begins the first business day after we receive your signed brief and any reference materials. Delays in providing feedback or assets pause the clock.
Feedback
How do I submit feedback on a draft?
Use the comment feature in the shared Google Doc. Please group related comments and avoid inline edits unless you are correcting a factual error. We respond within two business days.
Rights
Who owns the final copy?
You own all rights to the final deliverables once the invoice is paid. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
You are billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused retainer hours are refunded. Partial drafts are delivered as-is.
